Josh responded immediately to my quote request with details and an aerial photo of my home to confirm my address. We texted about details and extras, like washing the deck and moving things. He confirmed day and time but made it earlier than expected. He walked me through his process and gave tips on how to keep the siding and deck cleaner longer. Fallen trees from Hurricane Helene knocked oxidation off the vinyl siding of my home resulting in shiny areas and streaks. The resolution Josh executed appeared to work. However, the next day, one could see it had been approximately 85% corrected. Josh executed plan B and it worked like a charm. I appreciate the attention to detail by Josh and Hayes. The house looks great and the difference in the driveway is incredible. This company is different from others I have used over the years. He sent photos of previous work similar to what I had asked him to do and confirmed that our job would turn out as well as those pictured. He was right! Beyond impressed with this company! We hired JB Applewhite’s Pressure Cleaning to clean up a rental house that we're preparing for listing (referred by our realtor). We were not present for the cleaning, but Josh took it upon himself to send before and after photos upon completion. It looked fantastic! After such a positive experience, I sent Josh some photos of our current residence and asked for quotes for multiple jobs. He promptly replied and got us on his schedule for the very next day! Joshua and his crew came and did our house in the middle of a monsoon, ha! I was shocked he wanted to do it and still could. But they did, and they did a fabulous job!!!! Our house looks so great and our wood details of the house cleaned up so nicely. These guys got me a quote within hours of me requesting one on the weekend. The quote came in at a competitive price point, but the fact that they got the quote to me before anyone else really sold me.
